Programme for Animal Welfare
Our primary focus is to enhance the lives of stray and feral animals in urban areas through impactful initiatives. Our Feeding Initiative plays a pivotal role in ensuring regular food and water supply for stray dogs, cats, and cows. Moreover, we actively raise awareness among communities on safe and compassionate ways to coexist with these animals.
Through engaging activities like street plays, informative leafleting, and community outreach, we strive to foster a sense of understanding and empathy towards community animals, their rights and welfare. By working hand in hand with local residents, we aim to reduce conflicts between humans and animals in densely populated Indian cities.

One With Nature
we firmly believe in the unity between humans and nature, which forms the core of our initiative called One With Nature (OWN). Through this program, we actively strive to foster sustainable living practices and preserve the precious natural environment.
Under OWN, we undertake various projects aimed at making a significant impact through individualistic initiatives. We approach this keeping the 4 Rs in mind: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Our endeavours include organizing tree-planting drives to enhance green spaces, raising awareness about adopting a zero-waste lifestyle and practising upcycling. We also conduct regular cleanliness drives in our surroundings. Additionally, we extend support to local communities in finding sustainable solutions to environmental challenges, while advocating for the implementation of environment-friendly policies and laws.
By uniting in collective and individual actions, we can make a tangible difference in our environment and pave the way for a more sustainable future for everyone. Dhaara
Dhaara, one of our key workstreams at RSW Foundation, is dedicated to addressing social justice issues through proactive fieldwork in various sectors of law-making and policy implementation. We focus on crucial aspects of daily life such as civic responsibility and safety, inclusion and social justice, human and animal rights, as well as strengthening environmental laws.
In the realm of civic responsibility and safety, we strive to empower communities to actively participate in relevant decision-making processes. Through awareness campaigns, capacity building, and advocacy, we aim to enhance civic engagement, promote safety measures, and create a sense of ownership among individuals.
Our efforts in promoting inclusion and social justice encompass various initiatives aimed at breaking down barriers, combating discrimination, and ensuring equal opportunities for all. We work towards creating a society that values diversity, promotes inclusivity, and upholds the rights and dignity of every individual.
